Customer updates
Email when the order is created and when it is ready. Staff can also open a WhatsApp chat with a ready message and a tracking link. Customers can open a tracking page. They do not get a login.
Pickup and delivery
Request fields on the order, plus a driver job list.
Visibility
Dashboard, and reports for sales, payments, outstanding balances, and orders. Search by customer, order, or tag.
