- Tickets that get lostHandwritten tickets and phone calls are still how many shops find an order. When the ticket goes missing, the garment is hard to find.
- Prices that driftPrices kept in a spreadsheet or in someone’s head do not stay with the order, so the till and the counter disagree.
- No view of the workStaff cannot see where an order is. Ready clothes sit on the rail while the counter is still looking for them.

What the client needed
Shops still run on handwritten tickets, spreadsheets, phone calls, and a till that does not know the garments. Tickets get lost, prices drift, staff cannot see where an order is, ready clothes sit on the rail, and partial payments are easy to forget.

- Counter speedSearch a customer by name or phone, or create one, and start the order in the same flow.
- Mixed orders and stable pricesDry-cleaning pieces and wash-and-fold lots sit on one order. Piece, kilogram, pound, or bag. The price saved on the order stays on that order.
- Tags and a configurable workflowA unique tag per piece or lot, with a QR code. Preview, browser print, or PDF. No special printer required. Move work through the shop, for example Received, Processing, Quality Check, and Ready.
- Ready rail, payment, and the customerA queue of orders waiting for collection. Full or partial payment, remaining balance, receipts, and invoices. No card gateway is included. Email when the order is created and when it is ready. Customers can open a tracking page. They do not get a login.
EaziTags replaces paper tickets, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools with one system for drop-off garment and laundry-lot work. It is for dry-cleaning stores, laundry stores, and combined shops. It is not industrial linen, hotel laundry, or generic POS.

- Collection or delivery is visibleThe order can be marked collected or delivered. Pickup and delivery request fields sit on the order, with a driver job list.

A shop is live when the owner can set up the business, price real services, take a mixed order, print or download tags, move the order to Ready, notify the customer, take the remaining payment, mark it collected or delivered, and see today’s sales and what is still unpaid.
